Worked example

Say you rate your salary 8, leadership 6, benefits 7, colleagues 9, growth path 5, skillset 7 and overall enjoyment 6. Your score is (8 + 6 + 7 + 9 + 5 + 7 + 6) / 7 = 48 / 7 = 6.86 out of 10.
